Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Derive's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Derive provides a platform that connects users with peptide therapy protocols reviewed by licensed healthcare professionals. We facilitate access to compounded peptide formulations through our pharmacy partners. Derive is not a pharmacy, manufacturer, or healthcare provider.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. By using Derive, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Medical Disclaimer
Derive does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our care team reviews your profile to ensure appropriateness, but this does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult your primary healthcare provider before starting any new protocol, especially if you have existing medical conditions or are taking medications.
Orders and Billing
Protocols are billed monthly on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All sales are final once your protocol has been compounded and shipped.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Privacy
Your use of Derive is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Derive and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
